I found this tricky because I didn't know what an explanation text was so I got some help from a classmate and then I knew It.

I have been learning to understand the cause and effects of events. In the novel wonder , there are lots of things that happen which causes effects (The outcome an event or action by one of the characters ) 

I found this hard because I didn't know what a cause and effect was .

I have been learning to relate to the characters in the text to understand their purpose . I chose my friend Ariella to compare to Jack Will . Some characteristics they have in common that they give people confidence and they are hardworking .They are different because Ariella is funny and Jack Will makes fun of people behind there backs.

This was an Interesting activity to help me a character.

Compare more characters to people I know to give me a deeper understanding of the story.
